Chicken Breast - Pan fried chicken breast, with baked rosemary infused new potatoes and roasted artichokes, finished with a basil and tomato sauce and buttered green beans.

 

Cumberland Sausages - Chargrilled Cumberland sausages on buttery mashed potato, curly kale, garnished with caramelised apple and finished with a red wine jus.

 

Beetroot and Goats Cheese Risotto - Roasted beetroot infused risotto topped with creamy crumbled goat’s cheese, garnished with a lemon dressing and curly endive salad.

White Chocolate and Cranberry Cookie Dough - Warm cookie dough flavoured with white chocolate and dried cranberries, served with clotted cream ice cream.

 

Apple and Blackberry Crumble - Slow cooked caramelised apple and blackberries topped with a short bread crumble topping, baked until golden and finished with a classic crème anglaise.

Cookie Dough & Ice-cream - Warm chocolate chip cookie dough served with vanilla ice cream and strawberries.
