Bang Bang Cauliflower
Chunky cauliflower florets, baked in a crispy panko breadcrumb crust and tossed in our signature spicy sriracha glaze. Accompanied by micro leaves and a cooling ranch dipping sauce.
"Naked" Thai Fishcakes
A perfect blend of flaky salmon, pollock, red chilli, fluffy potato and fragrant Thai spices, pan-fried to perfection. Presented with a vibrant medley of spring onion, red pepper and tantalizing sweet chilli sauce.
Mushroom & Butternut Squash Risotto
Italian arborio rice, simmered gently in a white wine and mushroom-infused stock, with roasted butternut squash and pan-seared mushrooms. Garnished with crispy carrot and parsnip ribbons and a drizzle of herb oil.
Bistro Live's Sticky Chicken
Crispy fried chicken strips, marinated in aromatic oriental five spices and coated in a sticky plum and sweet chilli sauce. Nestled on a crunchy Chinese pancake, topped with chopped cucumber, spring onion and red chilli.
Tomato, Mozzerella & Pancetta Bruschetta
Soft, Italian bread, generously topped with plum tomatoes, luscious mozzarella, basil oil and a strip of sweet Italian pancetta. Finished with micro leaves and a sweet balsamic reduction.

Three-Cheese & Bacon Penne
Steaming penne pasta and tender wilted rocket, smothered in a rich white wine sauce infused with mature cheddar, red Leicester and blue cheese. Topped with crispy smoked bacon strips and a sun-dried tomato crush.
The Fish Dish!
A majestic tower of Alaskan pollock, salmon, and smoked haddock, combined with a velvety béchamel style sauce and golden gratinated mashed potato. Accompanied by a luxurious creamy spinach and watercress sauce and steamed vegetables.
Chicken and Mushroom Roulade
Succulent chicken breast, generously filled with a savoury pork, mushroom, and spinach stuffing, rolled and wrapped in smoky sweet-cured bacon. Served alongside golden roast potatoes, a medley of seasonal vegetables and rich gravy.
Vegetable Tikka Filo Parcel
Hand-crafted giant samosa, brimming with sweet potato, spinach, lentils, and peas in a fragrant tikka sauce. Paired with a hearty tomato, cauliflower, chickpea and spiced potato curry and garnished with fresh rocket
Steak & Ale Pie
Golden, buttery puff pastry, packed with tender beef brisket and sweet onions, gently slow-cooked in a classic ale sauce. Accompanied by crispy roast potatoes, seasonal steamed vegetables, and a sumptuous meaty gravy
