Starters

Buffalo Cauliflower Wings

Tender cauliflower florets baked in crispy panko breadcrumbs and coated in our signature spicy American-style buffalo glaze. Served with mini greens and a cool ranch dipping sauce.

 

Summer Fruit Medley

A medley of fanned melon and summer berries drizzled in a sweet cranberry and peach schnapps syrup. Crowned with zingy raspberry sorbet and fresh mint leaves.

 

Mushroom, Spinach & Pancetta Risotto

Italian arborio rice simmered gently in a white wine and mushroom infused stock. Served with sautéed button mushrooms and wilted spinach. Topped with a crunchy pancetta crumb for a smoky touch and light herb oil.

 

BBQ Pulled Pork Tortilla

Tender pulled pork shoulder, slow-baked and generously coated in smoky BBQ sauce. Served atop a crispy tortilla, adorned with a vibrant garnish of shredded spring onion and julienne red pepper.

 

Mini Fish and Chips  

 

Freshly battered mini pollack fillet, served alongside triple-cooked chunky chips and homemade pea puree and tomato ketchup.              

Main Courses

'Mac & Cheese' Tower

A towering delight of macaroni pasta, oven baked in a luxurious blend of three-cheese and fragrant basil sauce. Accompanied by sun-dried tomato pesto, rocket salad and crispy chargrilled garlic bread.

 

"Naked" Thai Fishcakes

A perfect combo of flaky salmon, pollack and red chilli bound with potato and Thai spices, pan-fried and served "naked" to showcase their delicate flavours. Accompanied by a colourful medley of oriental stir-fried vegetables and drizzled with a medium-spiced, coconut-infused green curry sauce. Topped with crispy rice noodles for added texture.

 

Mediterranean Tomato & Goat's Cheese Galette

 A savoury delight of flaky puff pastry topped with caramelised red onions, sun-ripened tomatoes and generous chunks of tangy goat's cheese. Served with pan-fried parmentier potatoes, fresh tomato and basil sauce, complemented by a drizzle of sweet balsamic glaze

 

Harissa Lamb Filo Parcel

 

Succulent minced lamb and lentils, flavoured with North African spices wrapped in a golden filo parcel. Served with a vivid red chilli and tomato sauce for a spicy kick and garnished with peppery rocket.

 

Chicken, Gammon & Leek En Croute  

 

Homemade buttery puff pastry, brimming with tender chicken breast and gammon cooked in a creamy white wine and leek sauce. Served with crispy parmentier potatoes, seasonal steamed vegetables and rich, meaty gravy.
