Cajun Three-Cheese Potato Wedges

Oven baked, jumbo wedges loaded with crispy bacon lardons, smothered with a cajun-spiced cheddar, red Leicester and blue cheese sauce topped with a pinch of fresh chives

 

Mediterranean Vegetable Risotto

Luxurious Italian arborio rice gently simmered in a white wine-infused stock with roasted courgette, sweet peppers and sun-dried tomatoes. Garnished with crisp pea shoots and a drizzle of basil oil

 

Korean Pork Bites

Melt-in-the-mouth tender pork belly, slow-cooked to perfection in a sticky, sweet Korean BBQ glaze. Served on a crispy pancake and topped with fresh spring onions, cucumber slices, and red chilli

 

Pulled Beef Stuffed Yorkie

A golden, freshly baked Yorkshire pudding overflowing with tangy horseradish mash and succulent pulled beef brisket with rich, silky gravy. Finished with crispy parsnip and carrot crisps

Succulent chicken breast stuffed with a savory mix of pork, garlic and herbs rolled and wrapped in smoky sweet-cured bacon. Served with crisp, golden roast potatoes, a colourful medley of seasonal vegetables and drizzled with rich gravy

 

Caramelised Red Onion & Goat's Cheese Tart

An oven-baked shortcrust tart packed with tangy goat’s cheese and sweet caramelised red onions. Served with chunky ratatouille, parmentier potatoes and a light, aromatic herb oil

 

Lamb Keema En Croute

A tasty blend of spiced lamb mince and fragrant green lentils encased in golden, flaky puff pastry. Served alongside fluffy mash, wilted greens, and drizzled with a mild, creamy curry sauce
