Starters

Three-Cheese Potato Cakes

Pan-fried potato cakes crafted with three cheeses and chopped spring onion, served with sweet chilli dipping sauce and micro leaves

 

Leek & Potato Soup

A smooth creamy soup with leeks, onions, garlic and potatoes, cooked gently in vegetable stock. Topped with shredded fried leeks and chopped parsley, served with crusty white bread

 

Mini Christmas Roast

Mini Yorkshire pudding filled with a Christmassy combo of juicy pulled roast turkey, carrot and swede mash and shredded pan-fried brussels. Finished with rich gravy and a shard of crispy streaky bacon

 

Mushroom, Butternut Squash & Pancetta Risotto

Italian arborio rice simmered gently in a white wine and mushroom infused-stock. Served with sautéed button mushrooms and roasted butternut squash. Topped with a crunchy pancetta crumb and light herb oil

 

Chicken Liver Paté

Fine chicken liver, garlic and herb paté served with char-grilled wholemeal baguette, sweet red onion and cranberry chutney, and fresh leaves

Main Courses

Festive Roast

A roulade of roasted butterflied chicken breast filled with pork, sage and apricot stuffing, wrapped in bacon. Served with 'roasties', honey-roasted root vegetables and sweet cranberry gravy

 

Vegetable Croquettes

Crispy vegetable croquettes, stuffed with a medley of fresh vegetables including carrot, sweetcorn, broccoli, red peppers, sweet potato and peas. Served with a creamy three-cheese sauce and steamed greens

 

Beef Bourguignon En Croute

Buttery puff pastry, brimming with tender beef brisket slow-cooked in a rich red wine, mushroom and shallot gravy. Served with crispy roast potatoes and traditional honey-roasted root vegetables

 

Spiced Vegetable Samosa

Golden vegetable samosa, stuffed with braised lentils, lightly spiced sweet potato, peas and spinach. Served with a spicy tomato and red chilli sauce and coriander flavoured mini potatoes. Dressed with peppery rocket and green chilli herb oil

 

Fish Tartlet

An oven baked shortcrust tart with poached salmon, smoked haddock and Alaskan pollack fillet. Served with a dill and pea sauce, crispy parmentier potatoes and wilted greens
