Our 2025 menu isn't ready just yet, here is our 2024 menu to give you an idea

Starters

Cauliflower & Cheddar Soup

A smooth and luxurious soup of cauliflower blended with mature cheddar cheese. Topped with fried cauliflower florets and finely chopped parsley. Served with crusty baguette

 

Sundried Tomato & Pancetta Risotto 

Italian arborio rice simmered gently in wine-infused stock and served with tangy sun-dried tomatoes and fresh basil. Topped with a strip of smoked pancetta and pea shoots and drizzled with a light herb oil

 

Three-Cheese Potato Croquettes 

Pan-fried potato croquettes crafted with three cheeses and chopped spring onion and served with sweet chilli dipping sauce and micro leaves

 

Mini Christmas Roast

Mini Yorkshire pudding filled with a Christmassy combo of juicy pulled roast turkey, sage and onion stuffing and cranberry relish. Topped with rich gravy and a shard of crispy streaky bacon

 

Chicken Liver Paté 

Fine chicken liver, garlic and herb paté served with char-grilled wholemeal baguette, sweet red onion and balsamic chutney and fresh leaves

 

Main Courses

Festive Roast

A roulade of roasted butterflied chicken breast filled with pork, sage and apricot stuffing, wrapped in bacon. Served with 'roasties', honey-roasted root vegetables and sweet cranberry gravy

 

Caramelised Red Onion & Goat's Cheese Tart

An oven-baked short crust tart filled with caramelised red onions and tangy goat's cheese. Served on a bed of chunky ratatouille, parmentier potatoes and light herb oil

 

Beef Bourguignon En Croute

Buttery puff pastry, brimming with tender beef brisket slow-cooked in a rich red wine, mushroom and shallot gravy. Served with crispy roast potatoes and traditional honey roasted root vegetables

 

Spiced Vegetable Filo Parcel

Golden vegetable filo parcel, stuffed with braised lentils, lightly spiced sweet potato, peas and spinach. Served with a chunky tomato, cauliflower, chickpea and potato curry-style sauce. Dressed with peppery rocket and coriander and green chilli herb oil

 

Smoked Haddock & Spinach Fishcakes

Flaky smoked haddock and spinach bound with potato and fresh herbs. Pan-fried 'naked' and served with steamed fine beans, crispy roast potatoes and a rich and creamy mature cheddar cheese sauce
