What are the hours?
You must be available to work on Friday and Saturday evenings.
We have 3 different shift patterns, 1pm - 4pm, 7pm- 11.30pm and 7pm – 2am.
Over the Christmas period we are open 6 days a week and you will be expected to work a minimum of 3 shifts per week
We're a flexible employer, and we try to tailor shift patterns to suit our staff e.g. certain staff are only able to work until 2am on a Saturday shift
How do I get home?
Taxi – We have staff members living in various different parts of the city, generally they will share taxi's and the cost.
Bus – There are late night buses available in Nottingham - please ask for details
Car - We don’t have parking available to staff however we do have tickets available that discount the price at the local NCP car park
What is the hourly rate?
This is dependent on age and experience.
In addition we also have the 'CARES' bonus scheme that rewards enthusiastic, consistent and high achieving staff.
What is the uniform?
Black Polo, Black Trousers, Black Shoes and Apron (The shirt and apron are provided)
What training will I receive?
You will receive an in-depth induction with a member of management before your working interview. On the night you'll be teamed with a senior member of staff who will be happy to help you throughout.
Bistro Live has regular training sessions for the whole team which cover everything from the food we serve to how best to WOW our customers
What other benefits are there?

All new staff get a FREE table of 4 in the first three months of employment
All staff get extra pay for introducing new members of staff.
Staff meals are provided for those that work day shift and snacks are usually available during the night.
