Fine chicken liver, garlic and herb paté served with char-grilled wholemeal baguette, sweet cumberland sauce and hand picked leaves

Fresh smooth country vegetable soup with carrots and broccoli served with fried parsnip crisps

 

Mushroom & Pancetta Risotto

Italian arborio rice simmered gently in a white wine and mushroom infused stock. Served with sautéed mushrooms and topped with pancetta crumb and drizzled with a light herb oil

 

Festive Pigs in Puds

Mini Yorkshire pudding filled with a Christmassy combo of honey roasted pork chipolata sausages, cranberry stuffing and pan-fried sprouts drizzled with silky gravy and topped with a shard of crispy streaky bacon

 

Three Cheese Potato Cakes

A fusion of three cheeses, finely chopped spring onions, creamed potato and parsley, bound together in golden panko breadcrumbs and drizzled with sweet chilli sauce

Two Bird Roast

A festive roast of butterflied chicken breast, wrapped in bacon, filled with ground turkey and apricot stuffing. Served with 'roasties', seasonal vegetables and rich cranberry gravy

   

Caramelised Red Onion & Camembert Tart

An oven-baked short crust tart filled with caramelised red onions and Camembert. Served on a bed of chunky ratatouille, parmentier potatoes and light herb oil

 

Tikka Samosas

Hand prepared giant tikka style samosa with spinach, sweet potato, cauliflower and lentils. Served with a tomato, coriander and chilli sauce with Bombay potatoes and salad leaves

 

Beef Bourguignon

Tender chunks of braised beef, sweet onions and juicy cup mushrooms cooked gently in a classic full-bodied red wine sauce. Served with sautéed bacon lardons, roast potatoes and steamed vegetables

 

Smoked Haddock & Cheddar Fishcakes

A combination of smoked haddock, spring onion, mature cheddar and fluffy mashed potato bound together into a fishcake, pan-fried and served with a pea and dill cream sauce, parmentier potatoes and fresh vegetables
