Here at Bistro Live we have been the proud recipients of numerous awards over our 15 years of hospitality and well, to be honest, we want to show them off!
Leicester Mercury and Nottingham Post Business Awards
In April, we won the Service Award for the Nottingham Post and Leicester Mercury Business Awards. The judges were looking for evidence of service excellence and a company that puts the customer at the centre of everything that they do. The service award goes to the company that not only meets customer expectations, but who go the extra mile to exceed complete customer satisfaction.
In 2013 and this year we also won the Certificate of Excellence from TripAdvisor which puts us in the top 10% of restaurants. The Certificate of Excellence award is given to outstanding hospitality businesses that have received praise and recognition in reviews by TripAdvisor travellers.
National Entrepreneur Awards
In September 2014, we were over the moon to receive the Best Customer Service Award in front of 1500 UK Business Owners at the ICC in Birmingham! Here are some of the judge's reasons for giving the Best

We're striving to get the same title for this year too!
We also were awarded with a 5 star hygiene rating! Each business is given a ‘hygiene rating’ when it is inspected by a food safety officer from the business’s local authority. The hygiene rating shows how closely the business is meeting the requirements of food hygiene law. 5 star rating is the highest you can achieve!
So, I think you can see why we are well and truly bursting with pride with our awards!
